Appointments and consultations

If you've booked an appointment or a consultation call with us, you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment's value.

One-off services (e.g. the Technical SEO Audit, the Strategy Sprint)

One-off services are scoped and priced in a written proposal before work begins. Once work has started on a one-off engagement, fees for the work already carried out are non-refundable, since the audit or planning work itself has already been delivered. If you need to cancel a one-off engagement before work has started, contact us as soon as possible and we'll confirm the specific position in writing.

Monthly retainer services

Monthly retainer services run month-to-month with no minimum term. To cancel, give thirty days' written notice by email to support@bestseotoday.com. You'll be invoiced as normal for the notice period, since that's when the work continues to run — there's no separate exit fee on top of that. Work already invoiced and delivered is not refunded.

Your right to cancel as a consumer

If you're contracting with us as a private consumer rather than as a business (i.e. under the Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you agree to a service, without giving a reason. Please note: if you ask us to begin work within that 14-day period, and you give informed consent to that early start, you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or you may owe a proportionate amount for the work already carried out if you withdraw partway through. We'll always be explicit, in writing, before starting any work inside the 14-day period, about what this means for your withdrawal right.
