Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who requests a proposal, engages, or otherwise does business with bestseotoday, Bjerreskovparken 14, 6760 Ribe, Denmark (support@bestseotoday.com, +45 87 78 73 19). By submitting a proposal request or agreeing to a written proposal, you accept these terms.
The services we provide
We provide search engine optimisation and related visibility services, published on this site as six named disciplines: Local SEO, National SEO, E-commerce SEO, Technical SEO Audit, Content & Link Building, and AI Search Visibility. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in a written proposal, not assumed from the general service-page descriptions.
Quotes and proposals
Prices published on this site are starting ("from") prices, excl. 25% VAT, for the scope described on each service page. Before any paid work begins, we confirm the actual scope, timeline, and price in a written proposal. Nothing is binding on either side until that written proposal is agreed — a submitted proposal request or an enquiry is not itself a contract.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), excluding 25% VAT (moms), which is added at invoicing. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance, each month. One-off services (such as the Technical SEO Audit and the Strategy Sprint) are invoiced on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work outside an agreed scope is billed at 850 DKK/hr, excl. VAT, only once agreed in writing in advance.
Contract length and cancellation
Monthly retainer services run month-to-month, with no minimum term and no annual lock-in. Either party may end the engagement with thirty days' written notice, with no exit fee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the specific terms covering one-off services and appointment cancellations.
Your responsibilities
To do this work properly, we need you to:
- Give us reasonably timely access to the accounts, platforms, and information the engagement needs (e.g. Google Business Profile access, website/CMS access, analytics access).
- Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable time where the plan depends on it.
- Give us accurate information about your business, so the audit, plan, and reporting are built on a correct basis.
Delays on your side may reasonably affect our ability to meet a stated timeline.
Intellectual property
Content, reports, and deliverables created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement belong to you once paid for in full. We retain ownership of our own working methods, the Ledger Method framework itself, our internal templates and tools, and any pre-existing material we bring to the engagement.
No guarantee of rankings
We do not, and will not, guarantee any specific search ranking, position, or inclusion in any AI-generated answer. Search engine and AI-answer algorithms are controlled by third parties outside our control, and change without notice. Any statement about likely outcomes on this site or in a proposal is a professional expectation, not a guarantee.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted under Danish law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service in the three months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, except where Danish law does not permit such a limitation.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us will be brought before Retten i Esbjerg (the District Court of Esbjerg), Denmark.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly, not just posted here.
