- Website design, development, or platform migrations.
- Content translation beyond English and Danish.

- Work outside the agreed monthly scope — that's billed at the hourly rate above, and only ever with agreement in advance.

Billing, VAT & notice terms
- All prices shown are excl. 25% VAT (moms) — standard Danish B2B practice.
- Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance, each month, in DKK.
- One-off fees are invoiced on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Every monthly package runs month-to-month. Thirty days' written notice to cancel — no exit fee, and no minimum term.
- Out-of-scope work is only ever billed at the hourly rate above, and only after it's agreed in writing.

01 Are these prices really final, or is there always an upsell?
They’re the real starting prices. Some businesses need more than the entry scope — a bigger catalogue, more locations, more competitive keywords — and that’s reflected honestly in a written proposal before anything is agreed, never sprung on you afterward.
02 Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Every package is month-to-month with thirty days’ notice to leave and no exit fee.
03 What happens if I want to cancel?
Give thirty days’ written notice. No penalty, no retention call, no exit fee.
04 Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No — every price on this site is shown excl. 25% VAT (moms), which is standard Danish B2B practice.
05 Can I switch packages later?
Yes. As your situation changes, the package can change with it — we’ll confirm any change and its price in writing before it takes effect.
06 What’s the hourly rate for, exactly?
For clearly-scoped work outside a package — a specific one-off request, for example — billed at 850 DKK/hr, always agreed in writing before we start.
